Pacific Gateway Concessions (PGC) is one of the fastest growing, forward thinking operators of News Stands, Gift and Souvenir and Specialty retail concessions in the North American Travel market.

The company was formed in 1998 and since then Pacific Gateway Concessions (PGC) has not only outbid other companies, they have outperformed them. The energetic company took over seven stores at SFO from a national retailer and grew revenues 30%. From that humble beginning, PGC Collectively operate the business in some of the world’s most favorite destination airports; San Francisco International Houston Intercontinental, and JFK International Terminal Four.

The five Managing Members and The Executive Team represent over 100 years of experience, and today we operate over 30,000 square feet of retail with over 200 dedicated employees.


Frank De La Cruz, Managing MemberFrank De La Cruz, Managing Member
Frank’s background includes 10 years of experience in commercial finance prior to co-founding DeLaVe, Inc. Frank participates in Pacific Gateway’s overall strategy and development, new business and board/team leadership.



 

Patricia Lee, Managing Member
As president of Soto & Sanchez Investments, Patricia's experience includes 20 years in the retail industry, both in purchasing and as an owner. As a Pacific Gateway partner, Patricia's role is overseeing the purchasing department. She has been highly effective in developing the innovative and creative style of Pacific Gateway’s store design and retail concepts.




Debbie Seanez, Managing Member
As vice president of Soto & Sanchez, Debbie is a high energy, results oriented, seasoned executive with over 20 years experience in all aspects of PGC operations. Prior to that, she was employed for 15 years with Bank of America. An active owner and participant in the partnership, Debbie’s current responsibilities include the oversight of operations for both Soto & Sanchez, Inc. and Pacific Gateway Concessions with sales of over $39 million for both companies.

 

Manuel Soto, III, Managing Member
As CFO of Soto & Sanchez Investments, Manuel has experienced a successful career as an owner/officer in the retail grocery industry for 18 years. Manuel’s responsibilities within Pacific Gateway include new business development, public relations, financial oversight and contract negotiations.

 


Javier Vega, Managing Member
Prior to founding DeLaVe, Inc., Javier held a variety of senior positions in the commercial finance industry during a 10-year career. In addition to his position of Vice-President of DeLaVe, Retail Operations, Javier is an active participant in the management of Pacific Gateway. His current responsibilities include new business development, contract negotiations and the oversight of the distribution and warehousing of merchandise for the San Francisco operations.
