Responsible for the daily picking, packing, pricing, receiving,
stocking, replenishment of shelves, isle bin location assignment and
assistance in the resolution of inventory and receiving issues.
Ensuring that the warehouse is properly stocked and general
warehousing functions are accurately completed on time.
Ensure that all received items are stocked in correct
designated areas, and old stock is rotated to the front for first
Ensure that all products received are properly recorded on the
receiving log and are either put in stock or staged for stocking.
Ensure that all requested products are accurately picked,
processed and sent to the appropriate store.
Pack, scan and prepare the proper manifests to accompany each
Ensure that all requested products are packaged in totes and
boxes and put in the designated staging area.
Conduct periodic cycle counts, which include identifying
product to be counted, utilizing appropriate count sheet.
Participate in semi-annual physical inventories which include
but are not limited to; assisting in inventory prep activities
such as bundling, pre-counting, organizing product on shelves, SKU
labeling product, using the Tricoder to accurately scan in an
orderly fashion to enable accurate audit on counts.
With information provided from the purchasing department,
properly tag or re-tag product.
Responsible for safely operating all warehouse equipment which
includes but not limited to the following:
Pallet jack, hand truck, forklift (if certified to operate),
ladders, scanners, scales.
Responsible for the general maintenance of designated work
area as well as the warehouse in general.
Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, kneel, climb and squat.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, which includes up
to 8 hours a day, with designated break periods.
Basic computer knowledge.
Effective communication skills.
Must be flexible and be able to work holidays, and week-ends.
